Do you have a cancellation fee?

In general, nope! Life happens, and I totally understand. All I ask is to please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. That being said, repeated last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 

What if I'm going to be late?

Anything after 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service such as no blow dry, or needing to reschedule. I always do my best to stay on schedule as well and will always contact you if I'm running a bit behind; I respect your time too!

Is it true that dirty hair is best for color?

This is a long perpetrated myth! Two day hair is usually fine, but excess product build up and oils actually prohibit the color from working as effectively. 

Why do your prices say "starting at"?

Each service includes a standard amount of time and/or product. This can go up based on hair length and density, as well as extra time and product needed to complete the service. I keep my services a la carte,  and you will never be charged for a service you did not receive! If you ever have any questions about pricing before, during, or after your appointment, please ask!

Can I work or have a silent appointment?

Most definitely! I have wi-fi for you to enjoy! I completely understand that you may need to work, or need a little quiet time to yourself to relax and decompress. The volume level in the salon can vary depending on the day. We can work together to figure out the best day and time for your appointment to match your noise comfort level!

How do I know what to book?

I have a service menu you can check out. If you are unsure, you can choose the closest appointment that matches your goals, and add a note for me while booking. I will adjust it as necessary! If you still have any questions, don't hesitate to text me!
